There are several ways to become more involved at Inter-Connections, Inc. No two people are exactly the same, so we don't expect everyone to do the same things. Here are some ideas for you if you want to help make our drop-in center a positive place to be:
Drop In (Literally!)
This is the most important way to get involved. Why? Without the members, Inter-Connections, Inc. wouldn't be what it is.
Become a Board Member
Inter-Connections, Inc. has a Board of Directors. The Board oversees financials and overall operations. People who are on our Board live with a mental illness. They know that Inter-Connections, Inc. does important things and they believe in the organization.
Board members work hard behind the scenes to make sure the drop-in continues to help our community. They attend monthly Board Meetings and are involved with committees and projects to improve Inter-Connections, Inc.
If you are interested in helping on our Board of Directors, fill out an application for Board Membership. These can be picked up at Inter-Connections, Inc.
Donate
We accept donations to help support our mission. These donations do many things. Some donations help the drop-in run. Other donations allow us to have special activities for members.
Inter-Connections, Inc. is a 501(c)3 Nonprofit Organization. All donations are tax deductible.

Fundraisers
Inter-Connections, Inc. holds fundraisers throughout the year. These fundraisers let us pay for items and activities that we can't buy with Medicaid funds (our largest funding source).
If you would like to help us with an upcoming fundraiser or have an idea for one, join us for Activities Committee. You can also give input through our suggestion box.
